At Renovation Contractor FZE, we strive to provide the highest quality service and ensure customer satisfaction for all of our renovation projects. Our services are tailored to meet your specific needs, and we are committed to delivering excellent results on every project we undertake. However, given the nature of our contracting services, our return and refund policy is different from product-based companies. Below is our policy for cancellations, revisions, and other service-related concerns.
1. Cancellations
- Before Work Begins: If you decide to cancel your renovation project before work has started, you will receive a full refund of any deposits paid, less any administrative fees or costs incurred up until the point of cancellation.
- After Work Begins: Once work has commenced, cancellations are subject to the stage of completion. If you cancel after work has begun, you may be charged a cancellation fee based on the progress made up until that point. This will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
2. Service Revisions and Modifications
- Initial Agreement Modifications: If you wish to make changes to the original project scope after we have begun work, please inform us immediately. We will evaluate the feasibility of the requested changes and provide a revised estimate. Additional charges may apply depending on the extent of the changes.
- Post-Completion Modifications: If modifications are requested after the completion of the project, these will be treated as new work, and additional charges will apply. Any such changes will be quoted and agreed upon in writing before proceeding.
3. Quality Assurance
- Service Satisfaction: We take pride in the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with any part of the renovation project, please notify us within 7 days of completion. We will assess the issue and, if it is found to be a result of our workmanship or materials, we will make the necessary corrections at no extra charge.
- Warranty: All completed renovation work comes with a warranty for a period of up to 12 months (depending on the type of work). This warranty covers defects or issues related to our workmanship, but does not cover damage caused by external factors or neglect.
4. Refunds
Due to the nature of contracting services, full refunds are not provided once work has been initiated. However, if there is a major issue with the work that was not rectified after giving us the opportunity to fix it, we will consider a partial refund based on the severity of the problem. Refund requests must be submitted in writing and reviewed by our management team.
5. Client Responsibilities
- Access and Approvals: It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the property is accessible for the team and that all necessary permits or permissions have been obtained before work commences.
- Communication: The client must communicate clearly about their expectations and any concerns before and during the renovation process. Delays or changes due to miscommunication may result in additional charges.
6. Force Majeure
In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, pandemics, or other major disruptions, we reserve the right to delay or reschedule the project. In these cases, we will keep you informed and work with you to find an acceptable solution.
